Kristin Guerin is a multi-hyphenate artist and creative leader, seamlessly blending storytelling with social impact.

As an actor, director, and producer, she has spent over a decade crafting performances that challenge, heal, and inspire. Her work extends beyond the stage and screen—she is also a creative entrepreneur, community organizer, and the visionary behind Constellation Theatre, a groundbreaking fusion of immersive theatre and systemic healing.

Kristin’s artistic journey began in New York City, where she unexpectedly booked her first Off-Broadway role while still a college student. Since then, she has performed in six Off-Broadway productions, a Broadway tryout, at Carnegie Hall, and in numerous feature films and television projects. Her passion for visceral, transformative storytelling has led her to direct, devise, and produce original work, including immersive theatre experiences and socially conscious performance pieces.

Beyond her work in entertainment, Kristin is deeply committed to community-driven storytelling and impact-driven innovation. She is the Co-Founder & CEO of Buddy System MIA, a nonprofit that has rescued over one million pounds of food from landfills and provides free, healthy meals to thousands of people every year. Whether leading a nonprofit or directing a stage production, her mission remains the same: to create work that fosters empathy, connection, and change.

Her latest endeavor, Constellation Theatre, merges systemic constellation therapy with immersive performance, allowing audiences to experience theatre as a transformative and healing art form. Currently in development, the project aims to tour globally, reaching diverse communities and conflict regions to explore ancestral trauma, identity, and collective healing.

With a background in theatre, film, social justice, and creative leadership, Kristin continues to build spaces where artists and audiences alike can come together to share, play, and evolve.
